I remember hearing about this concept from Hal Elrod a few years back and it rocked my world.
It fundamentally changed the way I approach goal setting & goal achievement.
It’s called the “20 Mile March”.
This has become the core way we achieve any goal at SPS, and how I approach all of my goals personally.
I’ve found that this concept is often known, but seldom used.
